Our arborists will look for potential diseases, pests, site issues, root issues, pruning practices and soil issues that could be affecting your tree's health. A written report can be provided if requested.
Tree & Soil Management Plans
Whether it is an old tree or a newly planted tree, we can give you a plan to enhance the success of your tree. Whether that is a watering, fertilization, soil amendment, pruning or root management plan, our Arborists will make you a long term care plan for your trees. This can be for a single tree or hundreds, depending on your needs.
Tree & Site Selection for Planting
Have our tree experts make sure you will get the most out of your new trees. Arborists can ensure you pick the right tree for the right place. This will also include preparing the planting site properly for best results and guidance on proper after care.
Root Management
Roots are essential for your tree's health, but can be very destructive to side walks, pipes, septic tanks and foundations. Our arborists can identify troublesome roots and advise on their management. Additionally, our tree experts can remove girdling roots that can kill your tree. A root collar excavation can be performed to assess for these issues and decisions can be made on removing these undersirable roots.
Tree Preservation & Construction Management
If you plan on doing any major landscaping, construction or sub-surface installations, be sure to have our Arborists on-site to ensure that the project will not overly damage your tree's roots. Construction projects around trees can damage large amounts of roots that can make your tree unstable or die. Our tree experts can create tree protection zones and or advise on root removals so your trees stay healthy after projects.
Tree Appraisals and Expert Witness
Trees have a monetary value. If you're trees have suffered damage due to vandalism or in an accident. Ian can provide an approved value for your tree for insurance claims or for civil matters.
